How is this different from a body shop or freelance marketplace?
Three things. (1) Every roll-on has 8–15 years of shipping behind them, no juniors, no padding. (2) Pods of two or more come with a TengenX delivery lead so you have one accountability surface, not five contractors. (3) If the fit is wrong, we replace within five business days at our cost. We're being judged on your delivery, not on billable hours.
Can roll-ons work in our timezone?
Yes. The team is split across Berlin, Bangkok, and Dubai, so we have real-time overlap with EU, GCC, and APAC, and we get into US business hours through European morning. We agree the overlap window with you on the brief call and lock it as part of the engagement.
Do they use our tools or yours?
Yours. Roll-ons live inside your Linear / Jira, your GitHub, your Slack, your stand-up. We bring our delivery hygiene, not a separate stack you have to integrate with.
What's the smallest engagement you take on?
A single senior contributor for one month, or a five-day trial week with a single contributor. We don't take on hour-by-hour gig work, the math doesn't work for the kind of delivery quality we want to be associated with.
What if a roll-on isn't a fit?
Tell us. We replace within five business days at our cost, and we'll often pre-emptively flag if a fit feels off in the first two weeks. The replacement is part of the rate card, there's no separate fee, and you don't lose sprint time.
