Our story

Built by people who'd shipped before

TengenX started in 2024, but the people behind it had been shipping for clients for years across DTC commerce, SaaS, healthcare, ed-tech, and pharma.

The pattern we kept seeing: businesses didn't need another agency that handed off Figma files. They needed a senior team that could move from strategy to launch and back again without losing the thread.

So we built one. Engineers, designers, growth operators, and product thinkers working as one team, embedded inside the client's rhythm rather than parallel to it.
